Clinical Trials
The USMHRP Clinical Trial Network supports sites in the United States, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Volunteers at these sites and in the participating communities play a critical role in scientific discovery by supporting the advancement of candidate vaccines.
In the U.S., the Program is conducting Phase I clinical trials on candidate HIV vaccines at our Vaccine Clinic Research Center (VCRC), located adjacent to our research laboratories in Rockville, Maryland.
