Global Efforts
Our dedicated researchers and support staff are working to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS around the world. The Program's success is achieved through collaboration among U.S. and international agencies, along with a network of overseas DoD research laboratories. This infrastructure provides a unique and effective surveillance network to monitor the emergence of new virologic strains, and serves as a platform to evaluate candidate vaccines in overseas endemic settings.
