Biography
Major David Chang, MD is a research physician with the U.S. Military HIV Research Program at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. He is an Active Duty Service Member with the U.S. Army and is currently contributing to work with HIV incidence and treatments.
Major Chang completed his undergraduate education at University of Washington graduating cum laude in Biochemistry. He then went on to medical school at the Uniformed Services University and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center and an Infectious Disease Fellowship at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. His previous military assignment as at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany as a staff physician and then Chief.
